Happy Hands provides a 24hr commercial cleaning service. At very short notice we can provide from 1-35 cleaners.

We can either work to Inventory requirements from property management companies or draw from our own experience on what is required for cleaning communal areas. We understand the importance of having a clean and healthy environment, keeping a good first impression of the overall property.

We have worked with some of the leading Property Management, lettings and Estate Agents in the country and provide Cleaning services commercial from small apartment blocks up to large multi storey properties.

Operating closely with Property Managers and concierges, the aim is to clean, disinfect, dust, deodorize and buff, so that the property smells like a ‘flower shop’ and is ready for residents.

We can also offer additional services such as carpet cleaning, remedial repair work, painting and decorating. Further to this if you need us to dress the property for you to get that ‘show room’ finish we can provide this service as well. In fact we would be happy to provide any service requested to help get the property on to the market. We are commercial cleaning services specialists.

We are off-course CIS registered and are members of the British Institute of Cleaning Science and the Institute of Directors.
