Project 1
We were required to provide 3 cleaners and all our equipment for an end of tenancy clean for an apartment in St Johns Wood. The client an International property management company wanted to ensure that the property could be brought back to its original condition. The property also required Shampooing of carpets using ‘Hot Water Extraction Method’, in which we were only to happy to facilitate.
We currently provide pre/end of tenancy cleaning for all their 350 properties in Mayfair, Knightsbridge and St Johns Wood.
Project 2
We were required to provide 4 cleaners and all our equipment for a combined after build and end of tenancy. The project involved deep cleaning of the kitchen which had some repair work done. Our instruction from the client was to ensure that the property was cleaned quickly in order to get the property back onto the market.
